Autumn in Tokyo is Design Festival time. There are two big festivals, Tokyo Designers Week and Designtide. These exhibitions showcase Japanese products, students products, and some overseas products also. There are "pop up" exhibitions in many shops and galleries to help celebrate these festivals.

Soon it will be Design Festa time. This is a two day exhibition of small designers/artisans showing their work. The exhibition is held twice a year.
Galleries, shops and museums around Tokyo and the rest of Japan are always a source of enjoyment and excitement, exhibiting the unique creativeness of Japanese artists and designers.
